We are happy to announce that on May first 2025 Anushka Das and Egische Kazarian are starting. Anushka will be working at our Cochin office of Fosstech Projects and Egische at our office in Breda.

Be it Employee Experience, Program Management, Change Management or DEIB ,Anushka always prioritizes the needs of the People while keenly balancing Business Goals. She is a certified Lead Auditor who also loves contributing to society through CSR Initiatives.

Chief Marketing Officer 

Growth Marketer with 15 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and a background in Social and Organisational Psychology. Spent a decade driving success in IT education. Former Head of Marketing at the largest private IT educator in the Netherlands. Believes real growth starts by truly understanding customers and solving the problems that matter most.
