International Hackathon

On 21 and 22 February, OS-SCi is organizing an international Hackathon, together with partner Universities and Open Source partners.

On one or both days, international teams from around the world are going to compete to build the best possible solution for several FOSS projects. On both days the winning team will get a prize of 2000 euro.

If you are a teacher, professor or student of a University and you want to join in this international competition, then send a mail to hackathon@os-sci.com and show your interest.

Around the world, many Free and Open Source projects and communities need help with the development of their product. OpenSource Science tries to bridge the gap by training people to become floss engineers to help the world. Maybe you are part of a project and are thinking right now, wait .... why can't they help us with our foss project. If you want to play a part with your open source project in our Hackathon or our education then email hackathon@os-sci.com.

OpenSource Science B.V. is the only institute of higher education which trains engineers solely for and in Open Source. We offer several programs for people in all kind of ages, from youngsters who are starting their career, to seniors who want to give a contribution to the society. Programs can be followed individually, but also in collaboration with a growing number of international universities.

During the event on both days there will be several interesting keynotes for the teams, but also for outsiders to join and learn. Please help open source in the world and repost our message.
